From there, we move into a guided somatic breathwork journey using conscious, connected breathing, intuitive movement, and curated music to support your process. Journey Package
3 Private 1:1 Sessions
A supportive three-session series designed to deepen your personal journey. This package offers continuity and space for reflection, growth, and integration between sessions — allowing you to build trust with the process and experience lasting shifts over time. Investment: $351 (10% savings off the single session rate)
Monthly Somatic 1:1 Session Membership
A nurturing way to stay connected to your breathwork practice and ongoing inner work. This membership offers one private session each month, ideal for continued nervous system regulation, emotional release, and self-discovery. Members receive priority scheduling and a preferred rate as a thank-you for their ongoing commitment to their well-being.
Investment: $111/month (15% savings off the single session rate)
A minimum 4-month commitment is required to maintain the membership rate. After the initial term, membership continues on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled at any time with a 14-day notice.
